I had the great pleasure to discuss gender diversity in the workplace, specifically commercial real estate, with Alison Beddard, Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield and 2018 CREW Network Immediate Past President Global Board. This first of two interviews covered a myriad of topics with many examples of best practices we can all implement to improve and support women in the workplace.
